Katja Beck, Senior Associate

Katja is a twenty-year veteran of the food and beverage industry with international experience. As a
designer and project manager she is guided by the strong operations experience she gained as assistant
manager for Block House Restaurants in Germany and assistant food and beverage manager for all
Wyndham Garden Hotels. For the past seven years, Katja has earned recognition in the industry for her
work as senior associate at a prominent food service consulting firm. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree
in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management from Michigan State University and is fluent in both
English and German.
